I am too confused...

There are things that you suppose you know but you really don't have any idea about, you never know things as they are. Sometimes I get an idea of how unsatisfied I can be, how how things would come crushing down and as I lift them again so they collapse, but each time something better than the previous comes and somethings just fade away and disappear. I will start writing my memories of the clinic and my patients life as I see and interpret them. I will start from today onwards. next will be my first day of hospital life...
